Return & Exchange Policy
Dalat Fresh does not apply to return the group of consumer food products, unless the goods are found to be defective in storage or damaged during transportation.
Step 1: You call 083 570 9988 (Working time from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm) or the delivery staff to inform the time of arrival to receive the goods. We will guide you specifically.
Step 2: Dalat Fresh staff will come to the place to pay and receive the goods. In case you pay by card (online payment or card swipe), we will refund the paid card within 3 working days.
If we are late or pay later than this commitment, we will give you a Voucher of 100,000 VND at Dalat Fresh.
